Store Limits - General Information

Limits apply to products with stated item limits in the item description. These are lifetime limits unless otherwise stated.

The use of a VPN or IP masking app may result in your order being cancelled.

If your order is cancelled (due to exceeding item limits) but also contains items not exceeding item limits. These will be treated as meeting item limits for applicable products and you will be ineligible to purchase those items in future orders.

Please note, we will cancel all associated unfulfilled orders if affected items are exceeding limits across multiple orders.

If your order was immediately cancelled, the reasoning is on this page and we will not be supplying additional information nor overturning our decision.

For the titled sets, sealed product is limited to one item each per product line per person/household/user. If you have previously purchased the titled products, we will be unable to approve any subsequent orders. 

For example, if you have purchased an Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle, you will not be permitted to purchase an Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box within the same or separate orders.

If a user purchases the titled items in separate orders purposefully by modifying user details, all affected orders will be cancelled.
