Pre-Order Policy

Cancelling My Pre-Order:
Order cancellation requests will incur a 10% fee of the item/s price. If your order contains items not for pre-order, the fee is applied for all items.

You cannot request to add or remove items for current pre-orders or unfulfilled orders.

Orders containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items: Orders will be shipped when all items are available. Additional shipping costs apply if you wish for your items to be shipped separately.

Orders containing multiple Pre-Order items with different release dates: Orders will be shipped when the latest pre-order item is available. Additional shipping costs apply if you wish your items to be shipped separately.
