Cancelling My Order
Buyers can cancel their order prior to shipment by messaging us. Restocking fee of 10% applies for order cancellations requested by the customer.

Pre-orders or orders containing pre-order items cannot be cancelled unless a 10% fee is applied.

Card Condition Policy
Please note the following policy for Pokemon card condition:

Store policy on Pokémon TCG singles:
- All singles are considered Lightly Played (excellent as per eBay condition) unless otherwise stated.
- Evident defects will be commented on and displayed in applicable images.
- No additional images will be provided.
- We will not provide a "best price" or negotiate through the message system.
- No comments will be provided on the potential grade of a card.
Any questions covering these topics will be referred to this policy.

For other TCG's, singles are NM unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Factory Sealed Product Condition
We guarantee your product will be factory sealed and received in good working condition. We do not guarantee "mint" sealed product due to the presence of cosmetic defects including but not limited to dents/bumps which is considered a normal variant of the manufacturing process.

In the event of more significant damage such as minor tears to factory seal, this information will be publicly available. However, this is considered a normal variant of production and you may receive a product in this condition unless otherwise stated.

Price Matching (Sealed Product Only)

- We will only price match registered businesses with an ABN. Online and/or brick and mortar storefronts included.

- In-stock items only

- No price matching for individual sellers/businesses on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.

- Price matching for item cost only, shipping excluded.

- Sellers must sell other types of relevant product. Sellers who sell primarily one TCG are excluded for price matching purposes. For example, if you would like to price match a Pokemon product, seller must also sell non-Pokemon products.

Will I receive the pictured card?
Stock images are used for a majority of TCG singles unless otherwise stated in the item description.

We recommend customers save images of items with dedicated images in the event of a dispute over card condition. Sold listings with images will be removed within 48 hours of purchase.

Yu-gi-oh! Cards - Euro or US print? The majority of newly listed cards are Euro print, this will be specified where possible in the item description.
